White ChÂteauneuf du Pape
This cuvee is named in honor of Etienne Gonnet
who created the estate.
Its blend of 50% old-vine Roussane grapes
and 50% white Grenache grown in chalky-clay
earth makes for a one of a kind wine.
The Roussane is vinified and matured in new barrels
during 8 months. The blending of the grape varieties is done prior to bottling.
A wine that is only produced during very good years
with a quantity limited to a maximum of 1 500 bottles.
